About Erica
Growth is rarely linear.
Leadership is even less so.
A non-linear path, systems thinking, and a deeply human approach to growth, brought into a coaching practice for leaders ready to think clearly and move with intention.
Erica’s path has crossed disciplines, industries, and life chapters, from supporting neurodivergent children and families, to policy and transformation roles across government and private enterprise, to co-founding a consultancy while raising a family.
Through all of it, one truth has stayed constant: generic advice rarely works in the real world. Real growth requires a space where people can think clearly, be honest with themselves, and build a path that actually fits.
Today, Erica brings that perspective into coaching for leaders, high performers, and teams who want more than surface-level guidance. Her work is thoughtful, strategic, and deeply human.
You can’t force someone to grow unless they are ready and willing.
Outside the work
Grounded in real life.
The best coaching conversations don’t happen in a vacuum. Erica’s perspective is shaped as much by motherhood, long walks, and unhurried thinking as it is by frameworks and strategy. That balance is intentional, and part of what makes the work feel real.
Erica has a way of listening deeply, asking the right questions, and helping you move forward without making you feel pressured or overwhelmed.
